Returns - 7 day Money Back Guarantee

I take pride in the products offered and  would like you to be entirely happy with the items you order. I offer a 'no quibble' Money Back Guarantee if you return the goods within 7 working days of the receipt of the items in unused condition. (14 days for International Orders).
I  will undertake to return your payment within 10 days, in fact, in situations where the item has not yet been sent the  payment will be returned straight away. In situations where you have already received the order I will return your payment as soon as I receive the item in its original condition back. You may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods (described in the returns section below) and the cost of initial postage and packing of the item to you.
Returns process steps:
1. contact first by email - I will supply you with the appropriate address to return your products. Please also explain your written intent to cancel,  reasons to cancel, your contact details as well as the order details - product and date of purchase.

2. return the products and jewellery boxes in the same condition they were sent within 7 days of receipt by the same form they were sent. e.g. recorded/special delivery.
On receipt of goods I will arrange for a refund or replacement within 10 days. A refund is done within 1-2 days from the receipt of goods. If you are excercising your right to cancel/exchange your order for a different product within 7 days, you are responsible for the initial costs of posting and packing the order and the cost of returning the order, together with any costs for damage caused on return.
The replacement may take up to 10 days and I will be in touch with you and provide you with updates.

Repair/ Replacement:
If the item was in any way broken or faulty on delivery, I will provide you with a new equivalent product. Please be patient for items made to order.
If the product was broken or faulty because of your mishandling it, the good’s repair costs will be assessed and after receiving your email consent, the good will be repaired and dispatched to you. If the item is not repairable, I will send it back to you on your cost.
